Churchill lead Britain through one of its darkest periods. With enemies threatening to advance across the English Channel, bombing London daily, the pressure to survive was paramount. But Churchill, like any entrepreneur worth their salt, understood that failure was part of the process. One learned from their mistakes, and the greatest lesson was that there was always another day to fight on.

Believe in yourself

Does it sometimes seem like everyone around you is confident and sure of themselves? Chances are, they have doubts just like you. So what’s the secret they’ve discovered about how to be confident? They know that confidence is not something you have, it’s something you create. Being confident is nothing more than a feeling of certainty that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Confidence comes from within, and you can find ways to believe in yourself at any time.

That’s not to say learning how to build confidence will solve all your problems. Everyone has bad days or moments that upset them. Being confident also doesn’t mean you’re completely sure of yourself at all times. Creating confidence is not about knowing it all; it’s about trusting that no matter what happens in a particular situation, you’ll be able to handle it and learn from the outcome.

जिंदा हूँ लोगों की खातिर अभी,

तो मौत कैसे आने दूँ।

दिल पता था टूटेगा कभी,

पर टूट कैसे जाने दूं।

होकर गुमनाम दुनियाँ से यूं ही,

खुद को मिटा कैसे लूं।

खिलाड़ी बनकर जीवन का,

मृत्यु को जिता कैसे दूँ।

माना जवानी चार दिन की सही,

यह चार दिन भी भुला कैसे दूं।

इन हंसते खेलते चेहरों को,

मैं बेवक्त रुला कैसे दूं।

दिल पता था टूटेगा कभी,

पर टूट कैसे जाने दूं।

लोगों के भरोसे को, 

मस्तक पर लगाना है।

जीतना जरूरी है अगर,

तो जीतने का इरादा है।

मंजिले तो मिलती हैं बिखरती हैं,

इन्हें छूट कैसे जाने दूं।

भरोसा खुद पर है अब तलक,

इसे रूठ कैसे जाने दूँ।

दिल पता था टूटेगा कभी,

पर टूट कैसे जाने दूं।
